Scope
This standard specifies the determination methods for impurity elements in high-purity nickel. The elements to be determined are listed in Table 1.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of impurity elements in high-purity nickel. The range of mass fractions of each element to be determined is 0.1 μg/kg to 20,000 μg/kg.
