Scope

This part of GB/T 22665 specifies a general method for measuring hand-transmitted vibration on three orthogonal axes for hand-held grinding machines, polishing machines, and disc sanders, using octave bands with a center frequency of 8 Hz to 1,000 Hz.
This part is applicable to the method of evaluating hand-transmitted vibration based on frequency-weighted vibration acceleration, and does not specify vibration limit values.
The assessment of human exposure to hand-transmitted vibration under workplace conditions can be carried out in accordance with ISO 5349-1 and ISO 5349-2.
