Scope

本标准用于人体暴露于照明设备电磁辐射的评估。评价包括频率介于20 kHz~10 MHz之间的感应内部电场和照明设备周围频率介于100 kHz~300 MHz的比吸收率(SAR)。
本标准适用于：
——用于照明，以产生和/或分配光为主要功能，采用低电压供电或电池工作，供室内和/或室外使用的所有照明设备；
——主要功能之一是照明的多功能设备中的照明设备；
——专门与照明设备一起使用的独立辅助设备；
——带有用于无线通信或控制的有意辐射体的照明设备。
本标准不适用于：
——飞机和机场用照明设备；
——道路车辆用照明设备；(但用于公共交通中乘客车厢照明的照明设备除外)
——农业用光照设备；
——轮船/船舶用照明设备；
——复印机、幻灯片投影仪；
——电磁场要求在其他标准中有明确规定的设备。
注：本标准中描述的方法不适用于对比不同照明设备的电磁场。
本标准不适用于灯具的内装式元件，如灯的电子控制装置。
