Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the pressure cycling test method and test equipment of gas cylinders. This standard is applicable to the pressure cycling test of gas cylinders with a nominal working pressure not exceeding 70 MPa (gauge pressure, hereinafter the same). This standard is not applicable to gas cylinders equipped with packing materials.
