本标准规定了智能照明设备在非主功能模式下消耗功率的测量方法。
本标准不规定与能源消耗相关性能要求，也不规定非主功能模式功率和/或相应能源消耗的最大限值。
本标准适用于电源电压不超过1 500 V DC或1 000 V AC 50/60 Hz供电的智能照明设备。
注： 除术语和定义外，在本标准中出现的“照明设备”代表智能照明设备，除非特别指明是其他照明设备。
