Scope
本文件描述了氧化钇稳定氧化锆粉中残余Y2O3的定量分析方法。 本文件适用于YSZ粉中残余Y2O3的定量分析，分析范围为质量百分含量大于等于0.00075%。 本文件的适用范围如下： a)本文件适合如下方法制备的YSZ粉末或块材：共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法和固相合成法制备的YSZ粉末，等离子喷涂（PS）和电子束-物理气相沉积方法（EB-PVD）制备的YSZ涂层。一般情况下，这类样品的试验误差不超过10%； b)由于晶粒粗大、硬度高、难以破碎，本文件不适合如下方法制备的YSZ块材：电弧熔融，高压烧结。
