Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terminology and definitions of native pork, raw material requirements, technical requirements, quality grading, hygiene requirements for the production and processing process, testing methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements. This document is applicable to the production, operation, inspection, labeling, and other related fields of native pork. Main technical content: 5.1 Sensory indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2 Physicochemical indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Other nutritional enhancement indicators shall comply with the provisions of national laws and regulations and relevant standards. 5.3 Pollutant limits shall comply with GB 2762. Among them, the cadmium limit shall comply with the "Food Adulteration (Metal Impurity Content) Regulations (Chapter 132V)" of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with cadmium (calculated as Cd) not exceeding 0.05 mg/kg. 5.4 Pesticide residue limits and veterinary drug residue limits 5.4.1 Pesticide residue levels shall comply with the provisions of GB 2763. 5.4.2 Veterinary drug residue levels shall comply with the national food safety standards, including but not limited to GB 31650 and the Announcement No. 250 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China, as well as other relevant regulations and requirements. 5.5 The use of food additives shall comply with the provisions of GB 2760. 5.6 Net content shall comply with the provisions of the Order No. 75 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China [2005].
