GB/T 14566.2-2011 Specification and type for bursting discs—Part 2:Reverse domed bursting discs

Scope

1.1 This part of GB/T 14566 specifies the structural type, nominal diameter, and design burst pressure range of anti-arching bursting discs made of different materials, among other technical requirements.
1.2 This part applies to bursting disc safety devices used in pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, or other closed pressure-bearing equipment (hereinafter referred to as pressure-bearing equipment) to prevent overpressure or excessive vacuum.
1.3 This part does not apply to the following bursting discs:
——Pressure-bearing equipment that may experience a sudden increase in pressure during operation and reach the point where the reaction speed reaches detonation;
——Bursting disc safety devices with special requirements for defense and military equipment.
