This standard specifies the project boundary division and energy consumption statistical scope, basic requirements, measurement and verification methods, and measurement and verification schemes for energy efficiency measurement and verification of lighting systems.
This standard applies to the measurement and verification of energy efficiency in indoor and outdoor lighting system energy-saving technology renovation projects.
This standard does not apply to landscape lighting system renovation projects and projects where the lighting usage or lighting area changes before and after the renovation.
