Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of benzene compounds in recycled water - gas chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of eight benzene compounds, including benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene, styrene, and isopropylbenzene, in recycled water within the range of 0.5μg/L to 100μg/L. This standard is also applicable to the determination of the content of benzene compounds in surface water, industrial water, and domestic water.
