Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for the steady-state and dynamic performance characteristics of electronically controlled hydraulic pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps).
Note: This standard only concerns the test methods for pump characteristics related to electronic control devices.
The pumps covered by this standard all have the function of changing the output flow or pressure in proportion to the input electrical signal. These pumps may be load-sensitive control pumps, servo control pumps, or electronically controlled variable pumps.
The measurement accuracy is divided into three grades: A, B, and C. For details, see Appendix A.
