DB35/ 322-2011 DB35/ 322-2011 Xiamen Water Pollution Emission Standards

Scope

This standard applies to all polluting units discharging water pollutants within the jurisdiction of Xiamen City. The emission standards for the industries covered by this standard (textile dyeing, the manufacture of synthetic fibers (polymers), and the electronics industry (cleaning)) shall not be implemented concurrently with national or local industry water pollutant emission standards. Instead, they shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the applicable scope. For other industries with national or local industry emission standards (except for textile dyeing, the manufacture of synthetic fibers (polymers), and the electronics industry (cleaning)), they shall be implemented in accordance with their applicable scope. This standard applies to the management of water pollutant discharges from existing units, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection projects, and the management of emissions after their commissioning. For the content and requirements not specified in this standard, the current corresponding standards shall still be implemented.
