Scope

This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, basic provisions, inspection items, inspection content and requirements, inspection cycle, inspection procedures, and inspection data compilation for the detection of lightning protection devices in coal mining enterprises. This standard applies to the first inspection conducted after the completion of the external lightning protection project of a mine in a new, expanded, resource-integrated, or reconstructed project of a coal mining enterprise, as well as to the regular inspection of lightning protection devices in various buildings (including structures, hereinafter the same) and power facilities, electrical equipment, metal pipelines, information systems, transportation systems, communication and safety monitoring systems, and other service facilities in coal mines during production.
