Scope

This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the entire process of management, including the formation and accumulation, organization, filing, and management, development, and utilization of document materials of construction projects that have preservation value and are generated during the ecological environmental protection work of construction projects. This standard applies to the ecological environmental protection archives management of construction projects of ecological environmental authorities at all levels and their affiliated units (hereinafter referred to as ecological environmental departments). The ecological environmental protection archives management of construction projects of other departments and units may refer to this standard for implementation. This standard does not apply to the ecological environmental protection archives management of nuclear and radiation construction projects.
