Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, and storage for high-wear-resistant varnished solid wood flooring.
This standard applies to solid wood flooring made from softwood with an air-dried density of 0.32 g/cm3 and hardwood with an air-dried density of not less than 0.50 g/cm3, which have been treated with varnish on the surface and have a wear resistance index of not less than 1,500 revolutions.
