GB/T 31845-2015 Mechanical structures for electrotechnical and electronic equipment—Thermal design specification

Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles of thermal design for the mechanical structure of electrical and electronic equipment, thermal design requirements, common heat dissipation technologies, key heat dissipation components, thermal interface materials, and related requirements for thermal testing. At the same time, the thermal design algorithms and physical parameters of commonly used materials are introduced in the appendix.
This standard applies to the thermal design of the mechanical structure of all electrical and electronic equipment except handheld terminals. The following electrical and electronic equipment are referred to as "equipment", and the mechanical structure of electrical and electronic equipment is referred to as "mechanical structure".
