Scope
This part of GB/T 35780 sets out the requirements for clients (hereinafter referred to as "clients") who use customer contact center services. This part aims to help clients make reasonable arrangements and manage customer contact centers, so that they can meet the requirements of GB/T 35780.1-2017, and thus continuously provide services that meet customers' expectations. This part is applicable to clients who use various types of customer contact center services, regardless of the scale of the customer contact center they entrust, the industry, the form of entrustment (self-built or outsourced), and the contact channels (voice or non-voice).
