This part of GB/T 24218 specifies the test method for measuring the liquid absorption of a sample when one side of it is in contact with a liquid under mechanical pressure.
This part is used to compare the absorption of nonwoven fabric materials, but it is not used to simulate the actual usage conditions of the final product.
Note: Compression absorption is also known as compression wetting.
