Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, principles and processes, technical requirements, test methods, operation, maintenance, and safety for the treatment of metallurgical dust sludge using a bottom-turning furnace. This document is applicable to the treatment of metallurgical dust sludge in steel enterprises using the bottom-turning furnace process, including zinc-containing dust sludge, iron-containing dust sludge, and carbon-containing dust sludge. The treatment of other dust sludge can be implemented with reference to this document.
