Scope

This document specifies the principle, reagents, sampling and preparation, analysis steps, calculation of analysis results, precision, and test reports for determining the content of sulfate and sulfite using the barium sulfate gravimetric method. This document is applicable to the determination of the content of sulfate and sulfite in sintered flue gas desulfurization ash. The measurement range (mass fraction) of sulfate is 5.0% to 25.0%, and that of sulfite is 10.0% to 35.0%.
