Scope
This part of GB/T 23909 provides guidance for on-site calibration of X-ray fluorescence inspection equipment. On the X-ray fluorescence inspection system, the image is displayed on a display unit that includes image processing. The X-ray sources used can be X-rays and gamma rays.
This part establishes rules for testing X-ray fluorescence inspection systems to ensure stable calibration quality. The test should be easily completed by the system operator. The test is based on the input signal of a specified image quality meter. The test of the system response should be completed on the same device.
This part is applicable to devices with image processing computers, as well as simple display units.
