Scope

The procedures specified in this part of GB/T 23909 can be applied to all X-ray fluorescence systems that provide electronic signal display units or automatic image analysis systems. The X-ray fluorescence system is analyzed by measuring the response of an approved measurement sample. The measurement work should be carried out in a well-equipped laboratory.
The imaging performance of the imaging system can be obtained from the measurement results.
This part does not include the imaging performance under dynamic conditions.
