1.0.1 This standard is formulated to regulate the energy-saving design of cement factories, so as to achieve the goal of saving and rationally utilizing energy. 1.O.2 This standard is applicable to the energy-saving design of new-built, expanded, and renovated cement factories. 1.O.3 The selection of equipment should prioritize energy-saving or water-saving products. 1.O.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the energy-saving design of cement factories shall also meet the requirements of the relevant national standards currently in force.
