本标准适用于各种自然环境作用下房屋建筑、桥梁、隧道等基础设施与一般构筑物中普通混凝土结构及其构件的耐久性设计。本标准未考虑低周反复荷载和持久荷载引起的结构性能劣化，不适用于轻骨料混凝土、纤维混凝土及其他特种混凝土结构以及工业生产的高温高湿环境、微生物腐蚀环境、电磁环境、高压环境、杂散电流等特殊腐蚀环境下混凝土结构的耐久性设计
