Scope
1.0.1 In order to effectively utilize existing buildings, accurately assess the degree of danger of building structures, timely deal with dangerous buildings, and ensure the safety of building structures, this standard is formulated. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the risk assessment of existing buildings with a height not exceeding 100 meters. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the risk assessment of existing buildings shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
