为在工业企业电气工程设计中,贯彻“预防为主”的方针,以减轻电气设备地震破坏和损失,避免人员伤亡,制定本标准。本规范适用于设计基本地震加速度值小于或等于0.4g(即抗震防设烈度9度及以下)地区,且电压为220kV及以下的工业企业电气设备以下简称电气设备的抗震设计。设计基本地震加速度值大于0.40g地区或行业有特殊要求的工业企业电气设备,其抗震设计应按国家有关专门规定执行
