本文件规定了带电作业用屏蔽服装的技术要求、检验规则、标志、包装、贮存和使用，给出了服装分类说明，描述了试验方法。
本文件适用于在交流110（66)kV～1 000 kV、直流±50 kV～±1 100 kV等电压等级的电气设备上进行带电作业时，作业人员所穿戴的屏蔽服装的设计、生产、试验及使用。
注： 带电作业用屏蔽服装包括上衣、裤子、手套、袜子、鞋子和面罩。
