Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for single-use high-pressure angiographic injectors (hereinafter referred to as angiographic injectors) and their accessories. These angiographic injectors are mainly used by medical departments in conducting digital subtraction angiography (DSA), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound (US) examinations, respectively, as accessories for various types of high-pressure injection equipment. This standard does not include the requirements for intravascular angiographic catheters and related guide puncture instruments.
