Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for single-use high-pressure angiography syringes (hereinafter referred to as angiography syringes) and their accessories. These angiography syringes are mainly used in medical departments for digital subtraction angiography (DSA), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound (US), and other examinations, respectively, in conjunction with various types of high-pressure injection equipment.
This standard does not include the requirements for intravascular angiography catheters and related guide puncture instruments.
