This document specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of organic acids in plants.
This document is applicable to the determination of fumaric acid, trans-aconitic acid, adipic acid, gallic acid, vanillic acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, syringic acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, salicylic acid, 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid in citrus, apples, strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, honeysuckle, Codonopsis pilosula, hawthorn, and wolfberry.
