Scope

This standard specifies the composition of the low-heat-value coal power generation energy monitoring and collection terminals (hereinafter referred to as "energy monitoring and collection terminals"), the functions of each component system, the working environment, performance requirements, remote data transmission protocols, data security, and data validity determination; it also stipulates the frame format, data encoding, and transmission rules for data transmission between low-heat-value coal power generation energy monitoring and collection terminals and monitoring centers; it prescribes the requirements for daily maintenance, calibration, instrument repair, quality assurance and quality control, and instrument file management that operating units must meet to ensure the stable operation of energy monitoring and collection terminals; and it specifies the specific content of operational supervision and verification and technical assessments.
