This standard specifies the general requirements, special requirements, and testing methods for external protrusions of M1-class vehicles in GB/T 15089-2001. This standard applies to the external protrusions of M1-class vehicles. This standard applies to vehicles both when they are stationary and when they are in motion, but it does not apply to exterior rearview mirrors or to towing devices.
