Scope

This amendment is in line with the newly promulgated and implemented "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" (Decree No. 162 of the Ministry of Public Security), which not only ensures the standardized implementation of the ministerial decree, but also guarantees the compatibility of annotations between new and old driving licenses, enabling a smooth transition and minimizing the impact on the unified production and issuance of driving licenses across the country.
