GB/T 17006.11-2015 Evaluation and routine testing in medical imaging departments—Part 2-6:Constancy tests—Imaging performance of computed tomography X-ray equipment
Basic Information
Scope
This standard provides guidance for conducting stability tests on X-ray computed tomography (CT) scanning equipment (hereinafter referred to as CT scanning devices). This standard applies to components of CT scanning devices that affect image quality, patient dose, and positioning. This standard: -- Defines the basic parameters for describing the image quality, patient dose, and positioning performance of CT scanning devices; these parameters to be measured are listed in Section 4.5; -- Details the measurement methods for these basic parameters; -- Provides standards for evaluating the compliance of measurement data with the reference values and their deviations specified in the random file. These methods rely on non-invasive measurements, using suitable test equipment, to ensure that the functional performance of the equipment meets established criteria or to identify changes in the characteristics of equipment components at an early stage. The aim is to verify compliance with the specifications for image quality, patient dose, and patient positioning. This standard does not address: -- Mechanical and electrical safety aspects; -- Mechanical, electrical, and software performance aspects, unless they are essential elements for conducting stability tests and directly affect image quality, patient dose, and positioning.
