Scope
This regulation applies to the cleaning, maintenance, and quality acceptance of the exterior walls of buildings that are decorated with stone, sintered materials, glass, metal curtain walls, paints, etc. For the cleaning and maintenance of the exterior walls of buildings listed for cultural relics protection, the technical solutions should be submitted to the relevant departments for approval before implementation. For the cleaning, maintenance, and quality acceptance of building exterior walls, in addition to complying with this regulation, they shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
