Scope
This standard specifies the terms, general provisions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of evaporative heat distribution meters (hereinafter referred to as heat distribution meters).
This standard applies to heat distribution meters used in hot water heating systems to determine the heat consumption of room radiators, but it does not apply to hot water heating systems with fan-equipped radiators.
