GB/T 17215.301-2007 Particular requirements for multi-function electricity meters
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 17215 specifies the terminology, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage of multi-functional electric energy meters (hereinafter referred to as meters). This part applies to stationary multi-functional electric energy meters installed and used in power grids with a rated frequency of 50 Hz (60 Hz). This part only applies to stationary electric energy measurement devices installed indoors and in meter boxes, functional components, and display meters encased in a meter case, including those with built-in current transformers. The metering performance of the meters shall comply with the requirements of the national standard for stationary electric energy meters of the corresponding grade index. If a measurement device measures multiple electrical parameters (such as current, voltage, frequency, apparent energy, power factor, phase, etc.) or is equipped with other functional components, it shall also comply with the national standards related to these electrical parameters and functional components.
