Scope

This part of GA/T 1028 specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, installation, commissioning, and use of the on-road driving skill examination system for motor vehicle drivers, as well as its marking, labeling, and packaging.
This part applies to the design, production, and use of on-road driving skill examination systems for large passenger cars, tractors, urban buses, medium-sized passenger cars, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed cargo vehicles, special small automatic passenger cars for the disabled, three-wheeled vehicles, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, and mopeds.
