Scope
This procedure is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines (hereinafter referred to as testing machines). Rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines mainly include four-point force-bearing rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines, cantilever rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines, and high-temperature rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines.
Other types of rotating bending fatigue testing machines can be verified in accordance with this procedure.
