Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for the safety management of small amusement facilities (hereinafter referred to as "amusement facilities"), as well as the basic safety requirements for operators, daily inspections, operational services, maintenance, overhauls, and inspections.
This document is applicable to the safety management of amusement facilities operating in parks and green spaces in Shanghai. Amusement facilities operating in other public places can refer to and implement it accordingly.
