Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the electronics industry, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic contents and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the electronics industry during the production and operation phase of their discharged water and air pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality. For wastewater discharge units in the electronics industry with their own thermal power generators (plants) and supporting power boilers, the self-monitoring requirements shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
