Scope

1.0.1 This specification is formulated to achieve energy conservation, environmental protection, safety, collaboration, advanced technology, and economic rationality in the design of cement factories. 1.0.2 This specification applies to the design of new, modified, and expanded cement factories. 1.0.3 The design of cement factories should analyze and study the comprehensive benefits and market demand, and should reduce project investment, improve labor productivity, and reasonably determine the construction period. 1.0.4 The design of cement factories should be based on regional conditions, rely on social resources, and collaborate with other industries or enterprises. 1.0.5 Modification and expansion projects should utilize existing facilities, sites, and resources. 1.0.6 The design of cement factories should cooperate in the disposal of waste and should comprehensively utilize resources and energy. 1.0.7 In addition to meeting the requirements of this specification, the design of cement factories should also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
