Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by printing industry polluting units, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic contents and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to printing industry polluting units conducting self-monitoring of their discharged water and air pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality during the production and operation phase. For printing industry polluting units with their own thermal power generation units (plants) and auxiliary power boilers, the self-monitoring requirements shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
