This part of GB/T 3358 specifies the definitions of general statistical terms used in standard drafting, terms used in probability, and the symbols of some terms.
The terms in this part are divided into:
a) General statistical terms (Chapter 1);
b) Terms used in probability (Chapter 2).
Appendix A lists the symbols recommended for use in this part.
