GB/T 36227-2018 Super-scale air separation plants

Scope

This standard specifies the basic process and models, design, factory inspection, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, installation, and on-site performance testing of extra-large air separation equipment (hereinafter referred to as air separation equipment).
This standard applies to air separation equipment that separates air by the low-temperature method, with an oxygen production capacity of not less than 60,000 m3/h [In this standard, the oxygen and nitrogen production capacities are all expressed as gas volumes under standard conditions [0 ℃, 101.325 kPa (A)]; the pressure unit plus (A) indicates absolute pressure, and unspecified units indicate gauge pressure.], and an oxygen purity (by volume fraction) of not less than 99.6%.
