Scope

This part of GB/T 18024 specifies the design and usage rules for graphical symbols in technical documents for mining machinery.
This part applies to technical documents in mining design, production, scientific research, teaching, books and periodicals, product manuals, and management, etc., for drawing schematic diagrams and simplified diagrams of mining machinery and equipment (such as mine area roadway layout and mechanical equipment diagrams, hoisting system schematic diagrams, underground and surface production system flowcharts, and other system diagrams, layout diagrams, simplified diagrams, etc.). It is also applicable to technical documents for similar machinery in other industries.
