Scope

This procedure is applicable to the verification of new-manufactured, in-service, and repaired laser energy meters, as well as thermoelectric and photodetector-based laser energy meters of other grades. The main energy verification range is 10-4 to 102 J, and the wavelength range is 0.3 to 15 μm. The verification of energy meters in other working ranges can be referred to this procedure.
