This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of products from open-pit coal mining units, as well as energy-saving management and measures.
This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit of product in open-pit coal mining enterprises, and to the energy consumption control of new enterprises.
