Scope

This regulation applies to the following new construction, expansion, and renovation projects of urban gas pipelines: urban gas pipeline crossing projects with a design pressure of no more than 4.0 MPa; and pipe bridge crossing projects; urban gas pipeline crossing projects with a design pressure of no more than 0.4 MPa laid along with bridges
