本文件描述了高温灼烧法测定灰分，电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定表面和灰分杂质元素(铝、硼、钙、钴、铬、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钼、钠、铌、镍、磷、铅、硅、锶、钛、钒、钨、锌、锆)含量，离子色谱法测定无机阴离子,离子色谱法测定无机阳离子含量，脉冲加热惰性气体熔融一红外吸收/热导联用法测定氧和氮含量，二次离子质谱法(SIMS)测定硼、氮、磷含量，辉光放电质谱法(GD-MS)测定杂质元素含量以及间接法测定名义金刚石纯度的方法。
本文件适用于人造金刚石的化学成分的测定。
